The Lobizon, or Luison, is a monster from Guarani. The Lobizon is one of the primary legends in Guarani cultures such as Paraguay. Through time, the legend has changed, but its popularity remains. The name is a variation of Brazilian name for werewolves, Lobisomem, or literally “wolf-man”. The Lobizon is the seventh and last child of Tar and Kerana. His vile appearance caused many terror in people who encounters him. He is said to be associated with death and the king of the night.
